Finding hosting details in the client portal
After you buy a hosting plan at NextShopper, the service appears under Hosting in the client portal. The service page is where you confirm the product name, primary domain, renewal date, panel username, adapter label, and usage meters once the upstream panel account is active.
This guide helps you locate those details quickly, understand empty or queued states, and know when to open a ticket instead of buying a duplicate plan.
Who this guide is for
- New customers who just completed checkout for hosting
- Returning customers looking for username or renew date
- Anyone troubleshooting “where is my hosting?” after payment
Before you start
- Sign in to the client portal with the same email used at checkout.
- Confirm the invoice for hosting is paid—unpaid orders may delay provisioning (pay an invoice).
- Know the approximate product name or primary domain so you can search the list.
Step-by-step: open your hosting service
- In the sidebar under My products, open Hosting.
- Use the search box if you have several services, or browse the list.
- Note columns such as Product, Primary domain, Renews, and status indicators.
- Open a service row to view the detail page.
- On the detail page, review:
- Product / plan name
- Primary domain association
- Renewal / renews date
- Account username
- Panel / adapter label
- Usage meters when the panel account is active
- If the page says provisioning is queued or failed, read What queued, failed, or suspended hosting means before contacting support.
What success looks like
- You can open at least one hosting service that matches your paid invoice.
- Username and renew date are visible when provisioning has finished.
- Usage appears after the panel account is active (it may stay empty briefly after purchase).
If the Hosting list is empty
- Confirm you signed in with the checkout email—not a second account.
- Open Invoices and verify the hosting invoice is paid.
- Wait for provisioning if the invoice just cleared (queued jobs are normal).
- Browse storefront Hosting only if you still need to purchase a plan—do not repurchase duplicates while a job is queued.
- Still missing after payment + reasonable wait? Open a Technical ticket with the invoice number.
Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Empty Hosting list | Wrong login email; unpaid invoice; still provisioning |
| Username missing | Wait for provision success; check status messages |
| Suspended banner | Pay invoices; contact Billing if already paid |
| Cannot find renew control | Open the service detail page, not only the list |
Frequently asked questions
Is Hosting the same as Domains?
No. Domains manage registry names and DNS. Hosting is the web space / panel product. Many customers need both and must point the domain.
Where is cPanel/login URL?
When the adapter exposes panel details, they appear on the service page. If nothing is listed yet, provisioning may still be running.
Can staff find my service if I lost access?
Yes—open a ticket from the account email or Contact with invoice numbers.
