Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement is a lawyer-review stub.

You appoint Next Shopper IT Solutions LLC as your agent to register the domain with the upstream registrar. You agree to that registrar’s terms and, for gTLDs, applicable ICANN policies including the Registrant Benefits and Responsibilities.

You must keep WHOIS/RDAP data accurate. False data can cause suspension. Auth codes are confidential. Transfers follow the 60-day lock rules where they apply.
