• Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are not refundable after we submit them to the registry.
• Hosting and email: ASSUMED 30-day money-back on first term if we have not incurred non-recoverable upstream fees.
• SSL certificates follow the issuing CA’s refund window.
• Chargebacks may suspend the account until resolved.
