How to change your password
Your NextShopper Account password protects the client portal—domains, invoices, tickets, and affiliate tools. Change it from Account whenever you suspect compromise, after sharing a device, or on a regular rotation. This is separate from mailbox passwords under Emails.
This guide uses the labels Current password, New password, and Update password.

Common problems
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Current password rejected | Reset via email instead |
| New password too weak | Lengthen; mix characters |
| Reset email missing | Check spam; verify address; wait; contact support |
| 2FA after reset | Still required if enabled—use authenticator |
| Changed mailbox by mistake | That is under Emails, not Account |
