How to open a support ticket
Portal Tickets are the best channel for account-specific work: a domain FOA issue, hosting provisioning failure, invoice mismatch, or mailbox adapter error. Tickets keep a threaded history with staff under your login. Pick a Department, write a clear Subject and Message, then submit from Open a ticket.
This guide shows how to create a high-quality ticket that gets faster answers.

Before you start

- Gather invoice numbers, FQDNs, mailbox addresses, and exact error text.

- Submit / Send as labeled.
- Return to All tickets and confirm the new Number appears as Open.
